Timeless Gala ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be included when available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Timeless Gala is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Timeless Gala is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
